Itaewon Crown Hotel Seoul

The location is perfect, with all the 'halal' restaurants in the area. It's super close to everything, but still far enough to avoid noise. The subway line is also really close. The room is comfortable and has good closet space. The bathroom is spacious and clean. The staff is friendly and willing to help. There is a 7-Eleven behind the hotel, and a hot and cold water dispenser in the hallways. There is also a limousine service to the airport that stops in front of the hotel.

The staff need to improve their English skills.

The location was fantastic, with a subway station and main street just a short walk away. the airport shuttle was also a big convenience. the front desk staff were very helpful, keeping my luggage safe for several hours after checkout and even returning a forgotten item to me.
